My mom had just gotten the news a couple of days ago that we sold our house to a family that arranged two seperate private showings.  Anyway, the want it to cost $3,000 less and they want us to give them an extra $2,000 to replace all of the downstairs carpet just for the fact we have dogs (and there's nothing wrong with the carpet!!!).  We're not giving into their demands so we'll see what happens.  But they are officially buying the house.  They want to move in on June 28th exactly, the day we're closing on our new house.  Hopefully things will work out!  But anyway, for those of you who were wishing to buy my house, the chance is now gone.  But who knows?  The people may not like it after all.  Please reply to this and my other recent blog posts!  Thanks!
