Well, I know I said I wouldn't be doing any more posts on the glitch, but I've noticed something strange that I haven't noticed before. I haven't moved up in a while, and I've sure made more than enough contributions to at least be close to the next level. Has anyone had the ssme thing happen?
Well, I've been working on editing the summaries for the shows I edit, but I've been noticing a strange problem every time I submit the changes:
Normally, the changes show up immediately, right? Well, what happens to me is that the changes don't show up, even though I've obviously made changes.
Now here's the part of this that worries me the most. I'd completely forgotten about this by today, so when I didn't see my changes, I just assumed that I'd forgotten to make the changes. However, when I tried resubmitting, I was reminded of that glitch. However, as many of you who are reading this post right now know, doing things like this can be considered "gaming."
I, of course, have no intention of ever gaming the system. That just isn't the kind of person I am, and I enjoy being on this site too much to even want to think of risking the loss of my account. But I am very worried that the TV.com staff may see it as gaming the system, despite the fact that I've clearly stated that I do not, nor will I ever, have any intention of doing so. After all, the staff may consider all of the stuff in this post of mine to be lying, due to the number of users who may or may not have lied about this kind of thing in the past.
If anybody has any advice to give me, please share it, as it would be greatly appreciated. I am in a tough situation, and I really could use some help. Thanks in advance to those of you who share your advice.
Well, I'm pretty sure that some of you are wondering why I'm posting so much about this glitch. Well, here are my reasons:
1. I want to keep you informed about what is going on with it.
2. It's becoming a benefit to me, as I'm only 9 posts away from the blog emblem now.
3. I want to build up my post count.
4. I want to express my feelings about how the glitch is affecting us.
5. That's what a blog's for, of course.
6. I seem to be moving up on the level system with all of these posts.
I hope you understand now why I've been making all of these posts about the glitch. And now for the update on how the glitch is going.
As soon as I finished posting my last entry, my forum posts went back to normal again, as has happened before with this glitch. It seems this way around that one area will continue to work, but who knows if it will keep going through the rest of the glitch or if it will stop working before the glitch is over? We'll just have to find out.
