The Constitution of the New Avatar

We the Avatarian of the tv.com's avatar forum officially reject and resent the current holders of power within the forum. We ask for a democratic style of government be put in place of the power repressing the weak. We ask that the editor be an account only used when the users have officially cast a vote for the locking and other matters of an editor. That being said we will need someone trustworthy to hold the password of the editor account. That is a matter that will be resolved by a vote once the new government is in place. We are willing to have the current power stay in place until the new government is in place. We hope that these terms will be acceptable by the powerful, and ask that you consider this a way to govern the just of the large forums here.

I'm sickened by the way Nick has treated Lisa! Yes, Avatar is a great story, yes, I've waited so long to see what will happen next, but honestly right now I don't even care. If Nick wants to punish, hunt, and hound their fans for being enthusiastic, then they don't deserve those fans. I, for one will not watch the premiere of Avatar Season 3. Yes, I know that I'm only one person, but hopefully those who are equally outraged by Nick's behavior will join me.

Goodness, I've been gone a while but coming back I've found Nick to have turned nasty. After nearly 9 months of waiting some gracious fans, who were more able to travel, posted previews for the third season, Nick stepped in and asked them to remove them, promising us, but still not delivering, a better quality preview. In my personal opinion they should put up the better quality one before asking people to remove the ones they posted up at their own expense. Then Nick had a screenshot leak, less than 10 if I remember correctly. At first most of the fanbase was thrilled, "Yay! Nick cares enough to throw us another bone!" Then, however, people started getting e-mails. Nick wanted to trace the leak, promising that they wouldn't punish anyone but the person who caused the initial leak. Suddenly many self-prclaimed "faithful" fans turned into moles, snitches, and tattletales. The same ones who were estatic about the screenshots, who posted them on blogs and websites, suddenly pulled them off claiming they'd been sooo wrong to have helped spread the "awful" leak (>10 bloody pictures, people), and of course they would be doing their partin theresistance force that would bring the intital leaker to justice! Now it is virtually impossible to find the pictures, I've only been able to find them on one site today. I'd tell you about it, but most likely that person would be heckled to death or insanity, and I'm not going to inflict such a cruel fate on such a kind soul. Just trust me, all of you who don't have the time to endlessly haunt all the Avatar sites every minute of every day, you haven't missed out; if you look carefully you can still find them. (PS I'd post them here myself, only I've never mastered posting pictures here.) I respect the shows creators and talented artists and actors, but I seriously doubt that this legal witch hunt has been set into motion by them. Most likely it is being put into action my Nick network, or more properly Viacom (you know subsidory of the monopoly otherwise known as Disney.) Well, enough of ofa rant for tonight.

So this last word goes out to all those who will, undoubtedly flame me: I don't care! After months of waiting, and surprisingly remaining anenthusiastic fan, I'm glad I saw the screenshots! Nothing you can say will make me feel guilty for that!!!!
