Well, it's been about half a year since i last updated...

Iiii'm an idiot. XDD But! Oh well.

Things are going well. Graduated, went to Anime Convention, got autographs, got in to a whole emotional roller coaster ride after being with, then breaking up with ebf from said convention (note to self: getting a BF from a convention is a baaaaaaad idea....), have steady hours at work now, am in an awesome art school, have made LOTS of wonderful new friends...

Life is just grand! Save for the ex-bf... i think he's a bit of a jerk now... I'm.. how, did the girls put it...? Noticing a helluva lot more to him i was blindsighted by than i did in the beginning. -.- But, it's all good. I'm surrounded by members of the male species who are more respectful to me... more gentlemanly, if you will. At school, AND at work. So, that makes things better, because they make me feel like i can be myself. XDD

But, i'm babbling. Work... yes.. work.

Our manager got back from conference. ^^ Fun times. He liked what he saw.

I still say, though... go for the Wii! It rocks. It's Nintendo. Miyamoto's a genius. I love Zelda. 250 bucks for sheeeerrr innovation, awesome intercation, and.. it's NINTENDO!

....sorry, i'm ranting. XDD;

And it's late. I think i'll stop the ranting there. I need sleep.

I REALLY need to learn to keep up with this damn thing.... (well, i've got about, like... 6 different journals: DA, SA, MySpace, GJ, Gaia, and here... and i only keep up with one.)

ANYWAY! ^^ Happy days.... i'm now officially 18, which rocks; i'm getting in to teh Illinois Institute of Art, which SUPER rocks; and i've got hours at GameStop (where i work! FINALLY!) which ALSO super rocks! XDD 

The guys are funny. And being the only girl crazy enough to work there has its perks (*hugs her KHII posters*) Although, i DIDN'T get the standee of KHII.... stupid Peter... *grumbles* Quinton Flynn, Axel's VA IS coming to ACen this year, so i can get him to sign a poster a helluva lot easier than i can a standee. ^^ W00t. But, it's cool.

I got a demo disc for the Atlus game 'Steambot Chronicals' yesterday form my boss, Pete, and gave it a go. It's a pretty interesting game. The controls seem a little clunky with the 'Steambot', though... it reminds me of Katamari, but a bit less smooth. The VAing is pretty decent and the characters are interesting. The whole story idea so far seems cute, and the addition of the rhythm minigame (as i am a sucker for both rhythm games and minigames) is pretty cool. Overall, i think it's going to be an ok game. Not groundbreaking, mind you, and i'm willing to guess that it'll depend on a person's taste to whether they'll like it or not, but i personally thought it was a nice shot. 

Ahhhh.... the days.. they finally grow warm.... ^^ yayness. And ACen's coming, and meh cosplays are almost finished! W00t!
