Well I saw most of it and from what I saw it was fairly impressive. Gears 2 looked to be a great follow up to Gears and the same could be said for Fable 2. Speaking of Fable 2, I thought the presentation was very well done and there were some cool ideas that are being implemented into it.... I swear if I let some of you into my world and you start hitting on my wife there will be trouble.....

Well there is still MGS 4 right ? Its almost to the point where we only need one of the two big ones. With the cost of the consloes and the games its getting harder to justify the extra expence. I think by the end of tommrow Sony will be giving us more reasons to own thier system......

I did not see the FFXIII thing coming. i'm glad they surprised us like that.
Other than that, I didn't like the main focus of the casual genre.

Sony needs to learn to pay for exclusives and learn fast. FF13 going multiplatform was a huge bust for Sony.
The Microsoft press conference was quite interesting, I am pretty impressed with what they are doing.
I am very interested in playing Fable 2, though I found the first one horrible.

ProtegeRuckus we will have to see what if any surprises Sony has to offer us tomrrow.
IpodHero176 you are right about Microsoft giving much attention to the casual but I think that is were they thing that they can expand thier audiance. All in all it will help to balance the offerenings on the system in my mind.

I am in the same camp. To be honest I liked a lot of the ideas in the first one I just did'nt think that they were fleshed out enough.
What they are doing with xbox live is getting better and better.

gosh with the loss of a fan favorite like final fantasy i think that microsoft has just robbed the last fanboy franchise from sony. microsoft has had better over all software than sony for this whole gen, but now this really hurts. on one hand sony still has alot more exclusive content worth note than microsoft, i mean gears 2, great, fable 2, great, but look at resistance 2(i'll say it now, this is the halo killer) and then killzone 2 looks great, little big planet could be phenominal, god of war 3, infamous, and not to be forgotten, MAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
