Over the past couple of days we have come to a very big decision. My hubby and I will no longer be collecting the Disney Pixars Cars diecasts for my son anymore. It is just too out of hand and it was getting pretty expensive. My son has every car released up to date and there are about a hundred new ones still to come out. We couldn't go to any store without having to check out what they had. We even knew what came in every box and when every box was set to be released. There was always new stuff coming out and it's getting too out of hand. It's never ending. Let me tell you, whoever decided to release the first set of diecasts was a genius. Even if the car was seen in the movie for 2 seconds, it's a diecast. Every paint job Ramone had has it's own diecast. It's nuts. I returned a handful that I had receipts for and then as my hubby starting riping the rest of them open for my son, I grabbed the more expensive triple packs, mini's, and launchers. I knew I could return them to Walmart and I would get an instore credit. My quick thinking got a $120 gift card (which I spent before leaving the store.) So my son now has about 200 new cars to play with. In total between matchbox and all his little diecasts, he must have over a 1000 cars to play with. It's nuts and he is too spoiled. It's amazing to see how shiny and clean the new cars are compared to the old ones he already had. That should keep in satisfied for about another 4 hours or so. It's just a relief to know that it's over and no more time will be spend running into this store, then that one, and so on.

I've noticed more and more lately that I will reply to threads and get so involved in what I am posting, and then decide that after 10 minutes of writing it, to not even post it. I've written so many blogs and then just decided to not post them. I've spent a lot of time and thought into replying to stuff on here, but just never hit the submit button. I don't know why I do it. Have you ever done it?

I've noticed lately that some people have been getting banned. One of them I was surprised by and still not sure why they were banned and one of them I figured would happen sooner or later once someone realized most of the stuff they put in their guides was mainly copied and pasted. Funny thing is, last fall, this same user PMed me and asked me to stop submitting info to an editorless guide because he wanted it. I'm not sure if I ever replied to him or not, but I ended up gaining the guide because I added a lot of useful information to it. Shortly after I posted my blog about my retired guide, the user PMed me twice saying, well demanded really, that I had to give him the list of the guide. Needless to say I never gave it to him.

Aww man, I slept right through an earthquake. Apparently at 4:37am this morning, there was an earthwauke in southern, IL which was felt throughout the midwest. Skyscrapers in Chicago rocked back and forth (man I would hate to own the penthouse on the to floor) and peoples' beds were shaking. It's a big deal to a lot of people, because this isn't California and most people don't even know there is a fault line anywhere around here. The quake was felt as far as 450 miles away from the epicenter.

Some people just don't have opinions. Like Brunete20.
Brunete20 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could Brunete20 possibly have for not rating a single film?
