Well, no offense but if the user was suspended and broke the rules by coming back under a different name I mean...I don't know if permenantly being banned is necessarily fair but they can't do nothing.

darn that sucks...same thing like that in the Avatar the last airbender forum...a lot of people got banned for sharing an account...and they created news ones and got banned...tv.com is stupid..
