Well everyone, I'm officially in pain right now. My chest started hurting a couple of days ago when I first took deep breaths and when I coughed. It still hurts as of right now. I looked online to see what the problem was and it turns out that I have Viral Bronchitis. Thank god it is nothing serious but I need to drink lots of fluids and to take cold medicine which I do not have, so it will be fluids for me. But this is not the pain that i'm in right now. It is my PS3 that is causing my pain.

Ok, so my PS3 has been having problems for the past couple of weeks with freezing a lot and the Blu-ray drive not being able to read anything with discs. I dealt with the problem by shutting down the PS3 and restarting it but as of last Thursday or Friday, it stopped reading the disc all together. I have exceeded my warranty by about a year, and I really did not want to send it in to Sony to be fixed. I do not have that kind of money right now, so I sought out a way to fix it myself. I took apart my PS3 and determined that the Blu-ray lens was the problem as the disc would still spin even though the PS3 could not read anything. I found a place online where they sell Blu-ray lens for about $60 and I'm hoping that will fix the problem. If not, then I will have to send it in to Sony to be fixed.

Luckily though, I beat Uncharted 2 before it completely stopped reading the disc. It is not a total lost as I can still use my PS3 to play games that I have downloaded from the PSN store and watch all my Blu-ray movies on my hard drive.

I have been on this site for almost two years and have yet to post a blog. I have never felt the need to express myself in anyway but I'm starting to feel the need to do so. First of all, I want to begin by introducing myself. For you who do not know my name, it is Brett and I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. I am currently enrolling at college at the University of Cincinnati and my major as of right now is Biology/Pre-med. I love video games and have been addicted to them since first playing Super Mario Bros on the NES. Also, I am going to stick with my Transformer avatar and signature for a while since I have been modded way too much for my sexy girls. Ok, enough about me and onto the current problem.

As I stated, I am currently majoring in Biology/Pre-med at the University of Cincinnati. I am currently a Junior but I am hesitant about changing my major for a while. I always wanted to be a doctor growing up but as of the last couple of months, I decided I really don't want to be one. I don't want to spend the 8+ years in medical school. So I have thought about changing my major but I am so lost. I am a person who is multidimensional in that I can do any job assigned to me. It is tough for me to decide what major I should change to. I have thought about being an engineer or possibly something in law enforcement but I just have no idea. I'm still taking hard classes for my Pre-med requisites in which I know I do not want to become a doctor. I feel like I am just wasting my time taking classes that I shouldn't even be taking.

Have any of you who are in college felt like this before? What did you do and could any of you give me some possible ideas of something I could major in. Thanks.
