Goran isn't leaving at the end of the season, apparently he's on contract until the end of Season 14, then after that who knows...?

The only statement Goran has made about Luka's status is that he can't say anything definite, and that was several months ago. That suggests he's still at least considering another contract, and a film he's supposed to be doing (even that's iffy) has been pushed back a year. No one knows for sure what he's doing, and anyone who claims differently is either making it up or misunderstood what they heard. People are too ready to believe what's printed on the web as truth, even if it's got nothing to substantiate it, and what you read it decidedly in that category. All you have to do is read the quote to see it doesn't match his English.
