Why do the major networks seem to fail at good renewals? Heck are fake ratings that can lead to more AD money be more important then a loyal audience? Not only to a show but a network? Seems to me only networks with any real taste in shows IMO are:

Showtime:Weeds/Dexter/ETC(original content)

FOX:May be a sell out but at least it understands original TV like that 70s show/family guy=long term profit

And the networks that fail IMO are:

CBC/ABC/NBC

Renewing good content is hard i guress

Well i know i am sick of crap reality replacing great shows. Even to i one who has watched every survivor ever, its clear this has gone way over board. America can not afford to dumb down its people anymore with this drivel. Great reality TV is fine in small doses but massing so much crap just because it is cheap and costs less is sad... Good shoes like JPOD/Jericho don't stand a chance with the networks who base what is good TV on fake ratings and what lobby groups want... NO MORE CHEAP GIMMICKS PLZ

Does it bother anyone else that Nielsen super delegates get to chose what is good TV based on their extrapolated numbers ?

Sooner or later reality TV will turn into stripper island where 20 celebs pick from a pool of 2000 strippers, and when the season is over they all go do it again!!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE GOOD TV!!!
