I don't believe this! How can we have six more weeks of winter when it has barely felt like winter up here in Virginia. It has gone up to 65 degrees a couple times! During January we usually get like a foot of snow this year not even half an inch! As I am writing this it is 55 degrees. I demand that we do a retest. If we are gonna have six more weeks of winter than I better see some snow!
