Just a fan story on Bones and Booth on a date without the psychatrist telling them too! lol

Booth is sitting in his office bored going throught paper work when...

"What the hell Seely!"

"Angela? What?"

Angela obvisously agravated sits down and starts to vent

"When are you going to ask out Brennan already. I'm so sick of the "were just partners" clause you guys seem to say. You havent dated anyone in over a year along with Brennan. You guys need to just get to gether already Im so sick of it!"

"What brought this on?"

" I asked Brennan if she wanted to go to the movies with me and she said she had plans with you."

"And?"

"This is the 5th time I have tried to make plans and she is already doing something with you. You know Brennan and you know that she is hard enough to get out and the only person she will go out with is you obviously so just do it already. If not I WILL find someone for her."

Booth looking shocked shook his head in agreement. He as afraid if he said no. Yet he knew it was true and knew something had to be done.

~~~~~~~Next Day~~~~~~

"Hey Bones. Do you have an id on the vics yet?"

"Hey Booth. No not quite, We know who they are but since they are twins its hard to isolate which is which. Do you have something on your mind?"

"What do you mean?"

"Your voice is a octive higher and shaky, like you are nervous. Whats wrong?"

"Nothing, um,Bones"

"Yah." Cutting him off.

Booth shuts the door and looks to make sure no one is around.

"I know this is a bit awkward but, It has come to my attention that, you know people are saying,umm."

"Booth if you have something to say just say it."

"Lets go out"

"We always go out."

"No, not like that. I mean on an actuall date. Just the two of us. Dinner, movie,play. You know that sort of thing."

"Oh." Brennan said with a nervousness in her voice. "Well."

"I know its sudden and a new thing but I think we should give it a shot. What do you say?"

"Yes."

"Yes. Great. I will pick you up @ 7:00."

"Great. What are we going to do. What do I need to wear?"

"Casual dress & you will see."

Booth walks out the door with a grin on his face. After he left Brennan ran over to Angela's office.

"Booth just asked me out...on a date."

"Really?!" Angela tried to sound convincing. "Please tell me you said yes."

" I did but I dont know. I have gone out with Booth but not like this. What do I do?"

"Sweety, just be you. You know he likes you for you."

"But, I've never gone out with him. Do you think he exspects me to sleep with him?"

" I dont think so. He is better at the whole right timing thing. You will know when its time."

"Alright. Wish me luck."

"You dont need it."

~~~~~~Later that night~~~~~~

Brennan was nervous. She tried to look as best as she could. She was very excited. And then---

Knock Knock Knock

Brennan opened the door." Hey Booth."

"Hey. You look great. Are you ready to head out?"

"Yah. Just let me grab my coat and keys."

"Okay."

They headed out the door and Booth told her to be surprized.

Booth drove them to the Royal Diner. Brennan wasnt surprized.

"I thought you said I was going to be surprized?"

"This is just the begining,"

After they sat down and ate Booth told her to be surprized.

He blind folded her and put her in the car..

"Where are you taking me?"

"Just trust me."

"Alright. I trust you."

He drove for a few miles. And then he stopped the car and turned it off.

"Where are we. Can I take this off yet?"

"Not yet. Stay here."

He went around the car and opened the door. He walked her up to the door and took the blindfold off.

"Where are we?"

"At a movie theatre."

"Why did you blind fold me to take me to a movie?"

"You will see."

Booth knew how much Brennan loved the Smirfs so-

"I cant believe it."

"I knew you would like it."

"Like it, I love this movie."

All of her favorite snacks were already there, and a very cute comfy couch. Booth started the movie and sat by Brennan.

As the movie was going on Booth put his arm around her and she put her head on his shoulder.

On the way home Brennan could not stop talking about the movie. Booth knew he did right but hated the fact that the drive was short.

"Booth I had such a great time."

"I did too. Let me walk you to the door."

"I can walk myself-"

"Bones, this is a date, Im going to be a gentlemen and walk you to the door. Dont argue with me on this one."

"Alright."

Booth and Brennan walked slowly to her door as they held hands.

"Again Booth, It was so much fun."

"So I take it that there is going to be a second date."

"You can count on it."

"I will see you tomorrow Brennan."

Booth started to walk away.

"What no goodnight kiss?"

Booth smiled and turn around to kiss her.

The kiss was something that Brennan never had before. It was sweet,romantic and just fell right.

Booth felt so amazing kissing her. He never wanted to stop.

"I will you in the morning."

He kissed her again.

"See ya." She smiled with a little giggle.

She walked inside and called Angela
