Got an '05 Chrysler PT Cruiser. I wanted the plum (purple), but my kids convinced me to go with the black. Heaven forbin they should be embarrassed by their wacky dad.
It's a fun car, though! It's nice to have something new.

yeah i gotta say that the PT is at the bottem of my list. My dream car/truck is a toyota tacoma double cab with a lift. but then again i dont have any car, so a PT sounds good to me.

It was a purchase of necessity; we needed a car to zip around town in that isn't a gas guzzler. We have a full-size conversion van that has the big 8 cylinder. With gas prices being what they are, we figured a little four-banger would be the best bet.
Since we have a family of five, we needed something with some interior space (I'm starting to sound like a commercial!), four doors were a given.
We are quite pleased with our purchase; the car is essentially a Dodge Neon (it has the same chassis) but styled a little funner.
