If you thought the first game was great, DKC 2 drove you bonkers (In a good way)! When K. Rool returns as Kaptain K. Rool, he kidnaps DK, and now Diddy and his girlfriend Dixie have to save that fat ape (as Cranky called him). The action is tough, espicially on the Game Boy Advance version, which was considered really tough. However, DKC 2 stands as one of the greatest games ever for its boatload of hidden easter eggs, secrets, dark atmosphere, soundtrack, and gameplay.
You are going to literally walk through many walls, because the best secrets and easter eggs are there. You'll find DK Coins, bonus barrels, or a boatload of banana coins or even an animal friend. Speaking of which, Rambi, Enguarde and Slips can all charge to faster, stronger, or bigger heights by holding down the R button. Yes, action rules!
In conclusion, not only is it the best game of 1995, it is also the best in the amazing DKC trilogy, and any platforming fan should think twice before they try to pass this masterpiece.. Kong quest is a pun on conquest, by the way.
