Over the festive period I have picked up a Wii with Zelda, and a DS lite (White, only one they had left, wanted black...but got 10% off so not bothered) to replace my old DS. The new DS works because now my girlfriend can play Animal Crossing while i'm busy with my lite.

The new Castlevania game is really awesome, i'm a big fan. I have played all of them and this one is hugely enjoyable. Obviously not the best in the franchise but holds true to what makes Castlevania so enjoyable. Original platform game with a few original (for the franchise) gameplay elements but still through-and-through a Castlevania game. The anime characters are a bit crap though but thats been a topic of much debate since DoS.

I've just finished Portrait of Ruin so i'm gonna continue with Shin Megami Tensei II on the Snes.

Now i am ordering a 'Kazuma Kaneko' art book from yes asia along with a white PSP and 'Jewel Summoner'. I'll post and let you know how I get on.
