Hey everyone, long time no blog, I apologize for not commenting on peoples blogs, and not being on gamespot much for the past week or so, just been really busy. I have now had my 360 for exactly 1 month now, and I'm just not feeling it, as much as I love Dead Rising, and Perfect Dark Zero, there just doesnt seem to be any other exclusives that appeal to me.

I recently went over to a friends house who just got Rock Band, and I brought over my memory card and me and 3 of my close girl friends jammed to a pretty fun time with that game, however if I were to ever buy the game (which is highly unlikely due to the price) I would buy the PS3 version because of the free online play. But anyways thank you everyone to your game suggestions for 360 games, I already have (and love) Oblivion on the PS3 which I hear is the much better version vs the 360 one. And I will probably buy Bioshock next week or something, but other than that no game really looks good to me.

I do not like the Call of Duty games (I hate war games) and I dont like Halo, so I wouldnt be interested in Halo 3. Gears of War looked cool to me, until I actually played it at a friends house and was mortified by the clunky controls, slugish aiming, and all the duck and cover gameplay "its just not my cup of tea". Well thats my little rant about how I just havent gotten the full experience out of my 360 like I was hoping, and I still find myself liking the Wii, and PS3 lineup over the 360's :/

I had the 360 just about 2 years. Over all its ok but its no Super Nintendo fun back when it was out. Bioshock is the best in my view for the 360. Over Lord was ok in my view for the 360, Saints Row was good thats like Grand Theft Auto. I sold my 360 about 2 months ago for the PS3 and I have not missed the 360 yet, I mean if you have the Bucks for all of them then go for it, Over the years in Gamming i think i would give Nintendo the best of Systems over all for all out fun. I do think the 90s where better then now for FUN. Games now have to much Eye Candy and not enough Bang. Right now i am in the whole Wii zapper gun Games they have took me in Fun Games. Mars

If Rock Band was fun you could always get Guitar Hero III. It's expensive but not as bad as Rock Band.

Hey that's the truth what Mars188 said, "games now have to much Eye Candy and not enough Bang" That is the truth. Well I hope you find one game that turns you on, then you might have a different opinion towards the 360. Me myself I am awaiting my PS3. Game on !

There really isn't any meaningful difference between the PS3 and 360 version of Oblivion. It's not worth owning both. If you like RPG's I would again recommend Mass Effect. The combat isn't what I'd hoped for but the story is wonderful so far. It only promises to get better. You could try to get KOTOR and play it first--it should be quite cheap at this point and is backwards compatible for the 360. If you like that you should like ME.

I have to say that I totally agree with your game system choices. I have never owned a 360, but so far, all that I have heard about it is that it's not all it's cracked up to be. I loved Oblivion for the PS3, along with Heavenly Sword. You would probably love that game~ Let's chat sometime Jen, I think we have a lot in common with games...
