I don't think I've mentioned it to many of you before, but I am now a senior in high school. As my final year kicks into gear and college apps loom ahead of me, I have slowly come to the conclusion that I no longer have time for GameSpot.

This wasn't an easy decision for me to make, but I have now decided to firmly go ahead with this. If you read my last blog post, you may have picked up on how I was already thinking about this decision then, and now it's finally time.

To my friends at the StarCraft Union, I just posted somewhat lengthy Goodbye thread on the board... anyone reading this blog can check it out, really.

To my friends at the Union Leader Council, good luck with the fight for union enhancements, and with keeping unions strong even without them. kc8, I wish you the best of luck in finding good officer replacements.

To my friends at the Keepers of the Ages and from the Age of Empires Union, there's no way I can just break off completely, too many fun memories... I'll check in on you guys whenever I can, and I hope the site turns out to be incredible.

I wish I could do more to help with that... I know I haven't been that active recently, personal issues and increasing work have been getting in the way of that. I did say, when I returned so many months ago, that I'd be interested in coming back but I wasn't sure I could be a proper, full-time dedicated officer. I guess what I mean to say is that I really wasn't prepared for the ambitious project we got to work on. I hope whatever I was able to complete helps out though.

To Sam, I know that the team has been losing a lot of members recently, and I'm sorry that I now have to join their ranks. Realistically, it'll be difficult to establish a new community offsite without the large userbase of GS. But like I said, good luck mate, and I really hope you can pull it off.

I may still be doing some of the themes at the Sig Workshop, just so I don't get too rusty with my designing.

Wow, that sure flew by... so yeah, I've been on GS for 3 years (and almost 2 weeks) now. I didn't even notice until today.

Anyway, I have no idea how much longer I'll be on here, but it's been a decent 3 years and I'm still here for now, so I guess that's all that matters.
