These days I feel so saxophonic.
I've just got my Maxtone alto saxophone about 2 weeks ago and now I'm studying how to play it. I can't afford a Yamaha; it costs about US$900 and they say it's for the intermediate-advanced players. Well for starters, I think my Maxtone will do.
I recently am so addicted with smooth jazz, especially those which features saxophones as their main instrument. I favor Dave Koz, Kenny G, and Eric Darius as my want-to-be-like saxophonists. I've already got 3 DK albums and a Kenny G 2 CD pack "The Essentials" album at home, unfortunately I am still unable to find any Eric Darius album. I have ever watched him in a live concert with Jeff Lorber, hell he is so cool and I really want to have one of his smoothest album.
And by the way, anybody can tell me a site where I can find musical notes/tabs/sheets of the musicians I mentioned above for free? I especially esteem the following tones:
Can't Let You Go (The Sha La Song) (DK)
Together Again (DK)
Love is On The Way (DK)
Definition of Beautiful (DK)
Theme from Schindler's List (DK)
Midnight Motion (Kenny G)
Oh yeah, and I'm currently practicing The Fragrance of Dark Coffee (you know, Godot's theme) at home. Luckily, I've managed to find its sheets.

Well, telling how to get them for free is forbidden on GS. So anyone passing by can mod you.

i have no knowledge of anything of the sort, but i wish you all the best, as one of my major regrets is never learning to play an instrument

Awesome find with Godot's theme sheet music! Darn, I wish I could've found video game music to play when I was renting a saxophone... Hey, keep it up, saxophone fingerings carry over to other wood winds like the flute, too (so it's like you're learning to play more than one instrument at once)

Yeah if you play a saxphone you can also play clarinet as well since its a woodwind. Also Thats awesome that you can play Saxophone and nonetheless that you can play Fragrance of Dark Coffee. Just keep Practicing and you'll be a pro at it in no time.

I wish I could play Godot's theme...

I found some sites with Saxophone sheet music for Kenny G, but they're not free.

I play saxophone in my schools band. A Yamaha may be meant for intermediate-advanced players, but I started out on a Yamaha and learned to play better much faster. Also, can you tell me where you found The Fragrance of Dark Coffee, I REALLY want to play it.
