Blog Post- 137
So this has been one of the longest gaps in the past year or so of me not writing a blog. I am totally inconsistent, so sorry about that. BUT, I will be writing more often for the next week or two because of fall break (which I'll later get into in this blog). But, I am not MIA anymore, so yeah. Here I am blogging!
So today was one of the scariest days of my life. It happened at about 5:00, so I was home from school by about 2 hours. Anyways, I was working on some school thing when I heard a noise that sounded like a plane. But it kept getting louder and louder, so I looked out my window and there was a car that came at about 85mph going around a corner (It's important to mention that I live off of the corner). So the car kept swerving, eventually getting within three feet of breaking through our houses wall. I swear I thought he was going to demolish our house. But, he turned so hard on the wheel that his tire virtually exploded, and another one was ripped into shreds. He kept pushing on the gas with 2 1/2 wheels and smoke was getting kicked up. I knew something bad was up cuz he was urgent to pull out of where he was stuck with 2 1/2 wheels. Before I knew it, an armed cop came up to the car and ripped the guy out of his seat and pinned him down on the road. The guy was then handcuffed and put in the police car. I have no clue what he did, but wow. I was freaking out. It was like watching Law & Order or some crime show, except it was actually happening ten feet in front of me. So freaking scary.
Anyways that was a major part of my day. I am now down to just tomorrow and friday, and than it is 9 days of fall break. I am totally stoked cuz teachers are being REALLY mean. I swear they think that fall break= the apocalypse. It's a friggin' week. That's it. BUT they have been assigning tests and projects that should take two weeks time in two days time. I don't understand why they have to cram in everything before the break, but really, can't they just wait? I am exhausted because of the extra work. Sometimes I wonder if there really is a purpose to their homework methods. It's just crazy.
Finally, I have recently gotten into some more musicians (all that had success in my favorite decade- the 1990's, and some still have major success today). So here they are and what I like from them:
Dave Matthews Band- Crash into Me, Ants Marching, Everyday, Where are you Going?, and Don't drink the water (featuring Alanis Morissette!!!!)
Fiona Apple- Criminal, Sleep to Dream, Paper Bag
Joan Osborne- One of us, St. Teresa, Lumina
Oasis- Champagne Supernova (LOVE), Wonderwall, Live Forever
Collective Soul- The World I know (brilliance), Shine, Staring Down, December
Meredith Brooks- Betch What would Happen
And yeah. Just thought I'd throw some names of interests out. TTYS!

I haven't made a blog in awhile either. Wow that does sound scary. I hate teachers who cram in tests before a break too. Actually I hate teachers in general lol.
