Ok so everyone has their list of favourite couples, or those people you'd love to see together and so here is mine in no particular order...

Brooke and Lucas One Tree Hill - I know she could do so much better than Lucas 'I never know what I want' Scott, but even with this knowledge deep down inside my heart I'm still rooting for them. It's funny because in season one I didn't care for either Brucas or Leyton, mainly because all three characters irked me in some way, then low and behold season two comes along and I just fell in love with the way he fell in love with her. The looks they would share, the utter heartbreak expressed on his face when she says the line 'Don't worry Karen we're just friends, nothing more', the goodbye scene, which is one of my favourite ever scenes on OTH, and the kiss they share in said scene, which is my all time favourite OTH kiss. I just loved it all, you can't deny their chemistry, and even when they are just friends I still love them together. Yes lately my love for Lucas has dwindled, and I know Brooke could do so much better (as could Peyton) but like I said Brucas will always be buring bright in my heart, I guess there is just no replacing her boyfriend and his pretty girl.

Alex and Isabel Roswell - Very much the more subtle relationship out of all three but by far my favourite. I think it helps that I love Alex so much, and part of that is due to how besotted he is about Isabel. It is such a shame she didn't see waht was right before her eyes before it was too late. The story of their relationship and how he taught her to open her heart is one of bittersweet tragedy. By the time she was ready to tell him she loved him she could only do it in a dream
it is so sad really, he helped open her heart up only to be take away from her the second that it did eventually open, and I have no doubt in my mind had Alex not died he and Izzy would have made it. It is clear she depended on him, in fact she depended on him so much and cared for him so much that even when he has gone she still sees him in ghost form in her hardest times - meaning in death he is still her best friend.

Sally and Patrick Coupling - Words cannot express why and how much I love Sally and Patrick. They are two very different people that is for sure. He's a Tory much to her disgust, he's a ladies man and she wants to settles down before her neck falls, he's sure of himself, she's neurotic, but they have one thing in common, besides their friendship circle, they both love each other. And it is definalty love in a quirky, individual way - I mean who else would have their first kiss to the spider man theme, have two of your friends in costume dancing to said theme when you both admitted how you feel for each other, and best of all what other woman would find out her fella was planning on asking her to marry him in such a hilarious, yet sweet, way.

Betty and Daniel Ugly Betty - I love Detty, there is something so sweet and endearing in their friendship, and I can't possibly imagine it not leading to more later on. I have to confess though I think I am more of a Detty shipper on Daniel's side than on Betty's, as I really can't picture Daniel with anyone else, but I love Betty and Gio (so much so that they make it onto my list as well) but saying that I want a Detty ending overall. I don't understand why people can't see it to be honest, nearly every good thing Daniel does is because of Betty, whether for her or just simply because she keeps him focused on what must/should be done, she is the only person he can trust to be 100% on his side at all times, he can even trust her above his own family, she's his best friend, they have great chemistry together, and she's the only person he'll really listen too and the only person who can get him to do things half the time. And on his part he tries his best to be there for her, she has changed him and for the better - these aren't things that should be ignored. Well that is my rant over, basically I just love them together and I can't see why other people don't, just like I can't see why people don't love Getty as well. Bring on the Detty ending.....

Jake and Peyton One Tree Hill - I've been a Jeyton fan loger than I've been a Brucas one, ever since I watched their interaction in 'You Gotta Go There To Come Back' I've been hooked. Even from that early on I always felt they had chemistry - much more than Leyton, but not quite on the Brucas scale. But they do give each other those adorable looks
I also love how their relatioship developed, from friendship to love, and how he saved her from the dark place she was seeping into in season two. I also love the family dynamic they get with Jenny, it is just so darn cute. Ahhh Peyton is a silly girl, she could have had the nicest guy in the world, but instead she wanted Lucas, a guy who really doesn't deserve to have so many girls fight over him. I still hold out a small simmer of hope that one day Peyton will see the error of her ways and Jeyton will have their happy ending, someday....

Gio and Betty Ugly Betty - Ok so maybe it is cheating to have Getty when I already have Detty - clearly the show cannot end with both couples, but I do love both, and although I do want the show to end with Detty I think Getty deserves an honourable mention. I couldn't have not like Getty even if I wanted too, not only do I love Freddy but I really love him playing Gio, and straight away you could see the spark between Gio and Betty. He loves to tease her, to wind her up, to challange her, he doesn't hide who he is, and he has faith in her which is clearly the reason he does push her. He sees that there is more behind the girl who is always there for everyone, the girl who always does what is right, the girl who will put her whole life and dreams on hold for other people, and as a way of avoiding life, and whats more he calls her on it - challaging her and teasing her only so that she will grow. He is also clearly besotted with her, and those little looks he shoots her makes me all gooey inside, not to mention any resistance I had tried to put up on behalf of my Detty loyalty came crashing down around me when he said 'I don't wanna be the rebound guy...I wanna be the guy' because he was just so darn cute and adorable. Seriously I don't get why Getty didn't get a better chance to explore their relationship because they would have been fantastic, and so unbelievably cute. I really hope in the future before Detty happens Getty has another chance to shine.

Simon and Kaylee Firefly - I love Simon and Kaylee for so many reasons. I love how cute they are together, how much she dotes on him, I love that 99.9% of the time he is oblivious to how totally crazy about him Kaylee actually is, I love when they get drunk and he says she pretty 'especially when your covered in engine grease' ahhh now how could Kaylee not fall for that - he definalty pushed the right button to make her swoon. Needless to say if I hadn't finally got to witness them kiss in 'Serenity' I may have had to demand my money back, especially since the fact they had yet to kiss was one of the problems I had with the show being axed.

Aeryn and John Farscape - Ok the word chemistry can't even do what these two had justice. Seriously if you've never seen the show I don't know how to describe just how amazing their whole relationship is - well I guess it would have to be to survive all that it did. John and Aeryn = absolute heat, passion, love and chemistry and they looked great together whilst doing so.

Doyle and Cordelia Angel - I'm still a Doyle and Cordy shipper to this day, you can shove all your Angel and Cordelia stuff because this little Irish man stole her heart long ago, and then went and sacrifced himself for the greater good, leaving those who shipped them only that one little, but meaningful kiss. I guess maybe I just have a thing for the underdog and the stunning girl, but I loved seeing how their relationship developed, and I always wanted to know what would have happened had Doyle not done the amazing thing he did in 'Hero', or had Glenn not sadly died (RIP) and Joss had found a way to bring our little Irish man back like he'd discussed doing, if they would have made it in the end. I guess that is one thing we'll sadly never know.

Summer and Seth The OC - I loved the two of them together as many people did. Do I really have to explain why? I mean they just have one of those relationship that is so easy to love, their funny, quirky, individual, they love each other despite being so different, and once again then geek proves he can get the popular girl...and come on half the time he is damn fine whilst doing it. Plus Seth and Summer have some amazing little dialogues and speeches, usually from Seth.

Danny and Lindsey CSI New York - I don't usually ship CSI couples, I think just because that isn't really what the show is about, but with Danny and Lindsey I make an exception, becasue from day one it was clear there was something there. But life can never run smoothly can it? We see their flirting in season two, we watch him wait for her to be ready in season three and then season four happens and we're left unsure of where at all Danny and Lindsey stand with each other, or where they ever really stood with each other in terms of a relationship.

Pacey and Joey Dawson's Creek - I'll admit I stopped paying attention to Dawson's Creek long before the series actually came to an end (although I do love the final ever episode for Pacey and Joey and mainly Jack and Jen
) and part of that was just because once things with Pacey and Joey were up in the air, or a no go, I wasn't really that fussed anymore. I can't see people's attraction to Dawson and Joey, not when you see how incredibly sweet her and Pacey are. Dawson was always to wrapped up in his own world to ever fully give Joey all the things that Pacey did. Plus they had the much better chemistry, they bickered, he teased her, he could wind her up to no end for years before they got together - sexual tension or what. An both risked losing people they loved and cared about to be together, but it was worth it in the end, as he waited for her to realise what was already obvious - it was always going to be him that she wanted deep down. All I can say is although Dawson's Creek burned out in my affection Pacey and Joey never did.

McGee and Abby NCIS - What can I say about the computer geek and the goth? He is so whipped when it comes to Abby, I honestly think he'd do almost anything she asked, and she in turn clearly cares about him, I just don't think she really realises how much. McGee and Abby help make the show for me, they are so different but they just click so well, they are funny, and sweet, and I just love my McAbby!

Willow and Oz Buffy The Vampire Slayer - I love, love, LOVE, Oz and Willow together. They are just darn right cute and aborable. I know it'll just prove how much of a loser I am as well but I cry everytime I watched the episode in which they say goodbye - it just the whole dialogue they share is so beautiful and raw. I also love the fact that Buffy ended in a way in which I can revert to lala land and pretend that one day in Istambul Willow will turn a corner and there Oz'll be, and it will finally be their time to be together forever, because a part of her will alway be waiting for him, after all she said 'You're with me Oz' ![]()

Brooke and Chase One Tree Hill - I will always want Brucas first, they win out in my heart everytime, but I have come to accept that that will probably never happen. The amazing thing is I am ok with her not being with Luke (although I do not want Luke with Peyton - I can't describe how anti Leyton season five made me, it undid all the respect and acceptance I built for their realtionship in season four, you should tell him where to shove it Peyton! Ok rant over back to Brase...) as it leaves her open to be with Chase, and season five did give me reason to hope that just maybe it would end that way. Whether I do actually want her with Chase long term is hard to say, I loved them in season four and I really felt he was what she needed and deserved after Luke, which is why they do make it onto my list, but I don't know if he's the guy I want her to marry - but the idea of more Brase in season six only fills me with joy, even if they are just friends, so I am really hoping he does make an appearance again.
Ok my list isn't finished but it is bedtime, I will probably edit it tomorrow and add more....
I was bored so I thought I might make a list of all those amazing supporting characters out there in the land of television who have never got on the opening credits! So here goes nothing in no particular order....
Jake One Tree Hill - My favourite male character on the show ever, and one of my favourite characters too. I can't see why anyone wouldn't love Jake, he is sweet, he's a great friend especially to Lucas, he's got the cutest baby girl, he loves Peyton - even enough to selflessly give her up and urge her to follow her heart even though he knows it will lead to another man, and the guy can sing! I just love Jake, and I miss him dearly. He's hoping BG returns in season six ![]()
Gio Ugly Betty - It is no secret I am a Detty shipper through and through, but even so I adore Gio and Getty. At first I think my Gio love was just based on the fact I'm a HUGE Freddy Rodriguez fan, but then the more and more time I spent watching Gio, and his interaction with Betty, the more I just fell in love with his character. He is sweet, funny, cheeky, he doesn't hide too much of what he is, and he is clearly besotted with her which is cute. And boy does his character make me laugh, and melt when he says 'I don't wanna be the rebound guy...I wanna be the guy'. So even though inside I am rooting for Detty I was hoping for more Getty time, it seems so unfair Benry got such a long, drawn out run and Getty was hardly given any chance to explore their relationship. I keep my fingers crossed that even if not in season three Getty will get given the chance to show their own epic love story (obviously followed by the greatest UB love story ever in the shape of Detty lol)

Lindsey Angel - Everyone loves the bad guy with that bit of good inside him and that is what Lindsey was for 'Angel'. That and he had extreme humour, I mean the episode with the evil hand...who can't help but laugh at his dialogue? But I think season five resulted in my absolute love of Lindsey, because as much as he was a bad ass that season, he made the final season so great. The way he stole Doyle's story was probably the most evil (in my humble opinion) act he ever did on the show, and what a great way to link the first season and the final season together! I also adore the way Joss chose to end Lindsey's character, and the fact that Lindsey even said what most of us were thinking 'No you don't kill me, Angel kills me'. I was torn between complete respect for Joss going against what we expected, and feeling a little let down, sure Angel takes on the big, bad ass guys but the man whose been his annoying nemises all this time is destroyed by the most peaceful out of his group? As you can tell I probably think about this too much, anyway the main point is Lindsey rocks, plus his singing voice sends shivers of pleasure down my spine!

Nicholas Roswell - This kid is evil, well ok so he isn't actually a kid just an alien using a kids body, but still, the guy uses a skateboard! I love Nicholas' evil ass whether you see him as a kid or not, he's just such an awsome bad guy. Oh and how bitter he is he can no longer get the women...

Chris Keller One Tree Hill - The guy is anything but perfect, in fact when he first came into the show I hated him and so I understand why many still do. Yes I loved Tyler's music from the get go but the Keller took a lot of warming up too, but now I must admit I love him. He has the attitude of an up himself, self centred musician, but personally I think there is something deep and more meaningful behind his character. He also has kick ass funny lines, he helped Haley get her music together, and he just makes the season four Honey Grove episode for me. Plus Tyler's such a sweet guy that it is hard to not believe there is a sweetness behind the defensive system Chris Keller puts up...or maybe that is just my wishful thinking.

Adam CSI New York - I love Adam, in many ways he reminds me of why it was I fell in love with Greg in the original CSI. He's got a great sense of humour, he clearly enjoys his job, his clothes can be pretty out there and sometimes you just need an Adam scene to lighten the mood and make you smile.

Barry Arrested Development - Henry Winkler proves he is more than just the Fonz in Arrested Development. Now even without the hilarious use of the lawyer Barry in AD it would still be an amazing show, but Barry just makes it even better. A lawyer who should really pay more attention to the law rather than breaking the law, and come on the fact he is clueless about everything just makes him that much more charming...and it cracks me up everytime he says 'FYI some of us just started dating again', ok maybe not funny if you've never seen the episode, but if you have you'll get it ![]()

Brody Roswell - I totally understand why a lot of Roswell fans hated Brody, but for some reason I can't explain I love him. Maybe it is down to the fact he is English and used to be in 'Grange Hill', a fact that still amazes me, maybe it was the Christmas episode with his little girl that stole my heart, or maybe it is just because he's a bit of a crazy guy who gets taken over by an alien every now and again, making me feel something closer to love than hate, but whatever it is I'm glad Brody was added as an extra into the show because I think he's ace. And look at the crazy, spikey, orange hair - that just adds to his coolness.
Ok there are probably more people I could add to this list but right now that is all I can really think of!
