Well here it finally is, a new blog, over a year since my last one and this is only my 2nd blog in the (almost) 3 years i've been a member of GameSpot, shows how active i actually am on this site.

My main reason for this new blog is to apologise in advance to people or unions who add me expecting a very active user and to apologise to the people and unions who have already added me. I rarely spend time on this site, i only come on when i want to see info for games and then i go again. I don't think i ever look at anyones posts or profiles and i haven't looked at any of the unions i'm a member of for a very long time. I'm a member of several unions and i think i've only ever posted in one of them and that was The Old School Union and that was because it was the only interesting union as i love all the old school games and consoles.

My second reason for this blog is to 'brag' about how much of a serious gamer i am. To be honest i'm not even a massive gamer these days as i neglect my consoles, my PS2 hasn't been used for a few months now and i haven't bought a PC game since..... well a long time. The only PC game i really play is Football Manager 2007 which still gives me hours of entertainment and i also spend quite a bit of time on my DS as that's my current phase, give me a month or so and i probably won't be playing it.

I don't own any 'next-gen' consoles and i probably won't buy one for quite a while. I have no plans to buy a PS3 or Wii yet as there's not enough games to interest me and i refuse to buy a 360 just because of my dislike for Microsoft.

Yes i know there's a new Elder Scrolls game out but i don't want to buy a 360 just for one game (i'm saving for the PS3) and i don't have enough money to upgrade my PC (it's not been upgraded since 2004 so it's getting slightly old) so i decided to re-install Morrowind and try playing that again. I lost my patience last time and was in the middle of too many missions to remember what i had done and what needed to be done. Pointless blog here but i was bored.
