To all of those naysayers on how chocolate is bad for you: it makes you fat, causes acne, and your teeth will fall out.

This is my rebuttal. Recently, chocolate, especially dark chocolate, has been added to CNN News top 10 healthiest foods for some great reasons.

1. Chocolate contains pheremones which release endorphines that make you feel like your falling in love and lowers your stress level.

2. Dark chocolate contains high levels of phenols which is an anti-oxident to irradicate free radicals in your body.

3. (I got this from an ADA journal not CNN, but it fits here) There is a chemical in cocao beans that prevents tooth decay.

So, for those people that want to be happy, prevent a heart attack, live forever, and have a great smile, EAT MORE CHOCOLATE!!!
