I'd like to say Dark Sector is a lot like playing Resident Evil 4 with Gears Of War's control sceme. Viking, well, honestly, I beat one quest and haven't touched it since. I'm not saying it's bad, just I've played better. But I'm definately selling them both once GTAIV comes out. To choose, I'd go with Dark Sector.
