Well, I've been gone for over a month (which was longer than I had anticipated) but I'm back, at least in some capacity. Too bad all I've got now is a measly 56K connection, but I'm looking into... Moving in 3 days (!)
I can't believe it's so close... I don't feel like I'm even nearly ready. Excited? You bet. Happy? Yes I am. Filled with dread at the thought of the actual process of moving? Whooo, boy...... NOFX show rocked last night!
So I took some time out from my busy schedule to attend a punk-rock show in Toronto last night (June 22), featuring NOFX (of course), Chixdiggit, Against Me!, and some other local band that we... 3 1/2 Weeks to Moving Day!!!
So I finally sold my townhome for $133,000 (I bought it four years ago for $99,000)... Yippee!! The closing date on my new home is June 29, and the closing date on my old place is June 30, which... Whooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
So I put in an offer on the country property we were looking at, and we got accepted at $5K less than the asking price! :) Now all I have to do is sell my current place... that's why I haven't... I'm Torn...
