Initially I saw Alex in the show Moonlight, and I immediately fell in love. I didn't even realize at the time that he was an Australian, which for me is a big plus. He brings personality to the screen which could easily be overlooked. The chemistry he has with his Moonlight co-star Sophia Myles is so real you can't help but being drawn in to the show and the relationship they bring to life. Not to mention he is absolutely gorgeous. Ever since seeing him on Moonlight, I've been noticing him in other things such as August Rush. Definitely someone to keep your eye on, because he could really go far.

I was first introduced to Sophia Myles when I turned on the series "Moonlight." I was hooked right away. While I love the character or Mick (the protaganist), I was immediately drawn to Beth (played by Sophia). Her character was so believable and relatable, I could see her just walking down the street. After watching Moonlight, I bought the movie "Tristan and Isolde" and was very satisfied by it. I rarely cry during movies, no matter how touching or sad they may be, but I cried during "Tristan and Isolde" several times, due mostly to Sophia's portrayal of Isolde. She was so convincing, I could feel her pain as my own. She will go far, and I'll be watching her on her way to the top!

In a society where Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, and Lindsay Lohan plaster the cover of magazines and are featured stories in the nightly news programs, I was very happy to see an actress who seems to have moral values, and stick with them. Add her incredible talent, stunning looks, and wonderful characters, and you get an amazing woman. I first saw Emily in a mini-series on television called Rose Red. Although her part was relatively small, and she didn't have a ton of screen time, I could tell she had amazing talent and potential. A while later, I saw a commercial for Bones (at least a month before it started airing) and couldn't wait to see it. I was not disappointed. She portrays Dr. Temperance Brennan with such accuracy I can hardly believe she is just a character. Although I know who Emily Deschanel is, and that she is not actually her character, when I am watching her in the show, I don't see Emily, I see Dr. Brennan. Very few people I've seen are capable of pulling that off. Emily is very talented, and needs a lot more credit than she gets.
