This lady has plans up on how to knit one's self a set of breasts.
Dare I go on? I can empathize with the loss of one's breasts to breast cancer, but I suspect I'd go another direction. Knitting a set just seems a bit creepy.
Anyways isn't that what tissue is for? 
Guys use socks. We use tissue.
