Gamecube, PS2, Xbox and the 360. Have 'em all, love 'em all. As for older systems I've played at least a little on most of them and own: NES, Game Boy (Original, Color, and Advance), Game Gear (Gag), Playstation, N64, and PC (duh). Also the PSP. Games I like: Final Fantasy VII (And the series in general), Final Fantasy Tactics, Halo, Dynasty Warriors (And most games by Koei), Metal Gear Solid series... Pretty much as long as it's not crap I'll like it a little.
