Well today i was practicing Basketball at open gym in the high school and i sprained my wrist.I was practicing for like 4 hours,so me and a couple friends decided to just play around and practice Slam dunking the ball.Since we arent tall enough to dunk(i am 5'10) by ourselves we decided to jump up off a chair to be able to reach rim.So i was running and I jumped off the chair and dunked the ball,but since i was running so fast my feet ended up flying up into the air so i couldnt keep holding onto the rim,so i fell down 10 feet to the ground.I was falling kind of upside down so tryed to block my head from hitting the ground so i put my arms behind me so i wouldnt fall so hard on my head.When i landed though my hand bent back about 3 inches towards the top of my arm,then all of my body weight landed on it.I am lucky i didnt break it,but i am going to have to wear a wrap around my wrist for a few days.It sucks because i can hardly move my move my hand really in any direction,and it took me like 15 minuutes to type this.Please comment if you have any questions.
