For a while now I've been making blogs about my gaming life, etc. But I decided to make one beneficial to the reader. I'm going to give you a list of some of the best free stuff you can get for your computer.

These are in no real order.

1. Stickies

Stickies are free desktop Sticky Notes. I've been using Stickies for a month now, they are extremely useful. I use them for schedules, to-do lists, or for even something I'd like to remember. Some of the features include: once the Stickies open on the desktop they will remain open until they are closed even through reboots. Stickies appearance can be customised; fonts, colors, transparancy and buttons can be changed. Stickies can hide on your desktop until a specified date and time or to wake up every day, week or even month to act as reminders. There are alot of other features too. Try it.

2. Digsby

Digsby is a multiprotocol IM client, Email Notification Tool, and a Social networking tool. You can chat with your friends on AIM, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, Google Talk, Jabber, and Facebook Chat with one easy to use buddy list. Not only is it an Instant Messager, but you can put all your email accounts on here to update you when you have new mail, and put your social network accounts on here too; Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, so it will update you when one of your friends commented on a photo or left you a message. Digsby is so useful and it's free. I recommend this to anyone that uses email, social networking, and instant messaging.

3. MP3Gain

Mp3Gain is a free Mp3 normalization tool. It analyzes and adjusts MP3's so they all have the same volume. This ware isn't a spectacular tool, but it certainly is useful. I normalized my entire library, and I'm glad I did. Many people wouldn't find this that useful but, I used it and I still use it when I don't want to adjust my speakers if something is too loud. At least try it out, I say.

4. Battle for Wesnoth

Battle for Wesnoth is a turn-based strategy game. You can use the single player campaign or go online and battle with other players. I haven't tested the online play but, the single player campaigns are brilliant. Good graphics to go along with superb story lines. There isn't just 1 plot. There are plenty more. Including some like, Heir to the Throne, Two Brothers, Descent into Darkness. Those I've played and enjoyed, plus alot more that I plan on playing. Features Include: Build an army starting from a single leader, and on occasion a companion, and a small amount of gold. There is over 200 unit types in six major factions, all occompanyed by their own spells weapons, and abilities. Hundreds of different campaign scenarios are available for download. Test your ability by choosing your difficulties while playing. I really like this game and I hope you test it out. Now the file size is around 200MB so if you have the time, and bandwidth, I recommend you download it NOW.

5. avast!

You've probably heard of avast! so i'm not going to explain alot. It's an anti-virus program that is completely free, of course it's only free if you get the home edition, and this is what I use. It has an On-Access scanner that protects your computer in real-time. I scan my computer every now and then and I don't see too many problems, but then again I am using Windows. If you don't have an anti-virus program and don't want to buy one this is for you.

So I thought I would stop with 5. But I wanna share with you some interesting sites, and flash games. That can waste your time and help your life.

El Emigrante
Well.. what can I say. This game is hilarious, fun, addictive, and a bit racist. Your an immigrant trying to escape from the cops so use your mouse to change the direction your peddling your bike. Use obstacles like rocks to jump over the policia. Make tight maneuvers, and force the cars to crash into each other. Flash Game.

WinterBells
Winterbells is a cute, simple flash game. You play a bunny trying to hop its way to the top. It's winter and use your mouse to direct the rabbit to the tippy top, knocking down bells while your at it. I have yet to get to the very top but I'm not sure if there is one. Ok, so it's a never ending adventure. Bounce on the 'winterbells' and get as many points as you can. I got 172,000. What can you get? Flash Game.

SkreemR
SkreemR is a "Mp3 Search Engine". And one of the greatest I think. So here's what you do, go to the site search for you Mp3 file name. Like "Itsy Bitsy Spider", "1901", "Matt & Kim", then all of the Mp3's related to it will show up. Right click on the File: Name, and select Save link as, you now have your own free MP3.

FmyLife
FmyLife is a website devoted to making you feel better, sorta. I can't explain the layout, but it's sort of like a blog. A blog about, well, F'd up stuff. Things that would make you say, "Wow your life is F'd Up." Some are hilarious, some are sad. And they some how make me feel better about myself. Warning explicit material.

So that's it hope you guys enjoyed it. You'll probably ask about some other freeware tools that I missed. I wasn't trying to get everything on here just ones that I use everyday. Honorable mentions go to; Gimp, FireFox, Open Office, Unlocker Assistant.
