Hey

I wanted to know if anyone has recieved any help from staff in the switch over to the new layout? Just I have a couple of questions and from what I've seen in the redesign board no one's questions have been answered. Am I wasting my time asking them or is help from a staff member likely? So please comment wether you've recieved help or not.

Cheers

Andy

I haven't received any help (I haven't directly asked for it either though) but I've noticed that users' questions on the 'Redesign feedback' forum haven't been answered that often. I think there should be at least one moderator whose only responsibility is to advice users. It would give people some hope about the new layout actually starting to work at some point.

I have even tried to get help, but they supposedly have a lot of moderators so one should at least reply. I bet theres tons of poeple saying stuff though

We are going through the forums and replying as often as we can, but as sara1015 points out, there are a lot of comments for us to get through. I know a lot of us are replying, however, unfortunately our staff badges don't appear on the comments made due to a glitch, so it's difficult to determine who's staff. But I assure you we are there.

As for the questions, is there anything in particular that i might be able to help you with?

I can try to help you if you'd like if you'd like to PM me...but just remember we're all new at this I don't know exactly how helpful I can be.

But anyways I saw your posts about The CW failing. I'm always looking at ratings, that's cool you do too. The CW is a new network and has less exposure, and less stations around the country. ABC, NBC, and CBS are so well-known since they started in the 1920's/30's and Fox has been around for over 20 years now.
