This blog will inform you about any good purchase I made at Gamestop. Who knows, maybe some of these games, some of you might find interesting or planning on buying it in the near future.
Anyway, yesterday my brother, Dimtri, and I decided to go to Gamestop and maybe buy Dragon Age: Origins for the PC. Luckily I had signed up a month ago to the stores Edge Card program where I get 10% off any used game. If I don't like the game, I can return it in the next ten days and get my money back! A great program, don't you think? ![]()
In the long run, we didn't buy Dragon Age, instead we bought these two games for a total of $42.98
No More Heroes; Wii [Price: $17.99]

Prince of Persia; PS3 [Price: $24.99]

Have a great start to the week everyone!
Sorry guys, I didn't have time for a video pick of the week, because I was too busy upgrading my laptop from Windows Vista 64 bit to Windows 7 64 bit! The funny thing is that I was really close to actually purchasing a student version for $29.99. What's funny about it is the fact that my college, NYITregisters the students majoring in either Computer Science and Engineering. Lucky for me I'm majoring in Computer Science!
Windows 7 Pro 64bit is more elegant and better coded than Vista. Which is good because Vista is too heavy on computers. For those of you who don't use Vista, in order for you to run it "smoothly" you need at least 3GB of RAM because Vista needs around 2GB to run. Windows 7 on the other hand runs just fine with 1GB of RAM. Personally, I have 4GB of RAM which is great, for now at least.
Major improvements in Windows 7:
It's lighter than VISTA, more user friendly, faster start up.
What can be a bit hard to get used to at first with Windows 7, is the task bar. It's a bit different, but in a matter of minutes you'll get used to it. It took me around 15 minutes to get used to it ![]()
To tell you the truth, I kind of liked Windows Vista, but could see the flaws in why users weren't upgrading from XP to VISTA. 7 on the other hand, I think it will truly replace XP as the widely used OS, hence satisfying PC Users.

Have an awesome weekend everyone!
Here's this weeks video pick. I hope you all find it funny, it's Jim Carrey after all! Here's a quick summary of the video:
Jim Carrey plays a Space ship health and safety inspector. Through his inspections, some rather funny and interesting things happen!
Have a great weekend everyone!
