Oh i feel the burn....

lets review why:
Squats- 550 in 2 days
Jump Ropes- 1,200+ jumps in 2 days
Push Ups- 400 in 2 days
Crunches/ Sit ups- 450 in 2 days

then theres the benchpress. painfull story behind that one..
Well coach told us we were maxing out, so we all started low and worked our way up to our max. here is what i started and ended at [in lbs.]

all of that weight in less than an hour. i can literally barely lift my arms. tomorrow is squats [with weights of course].
