how to outline text in black in GIMP? because in most of my tags the white text is almost unreadable see, this is my newest tag i took mastershakes advice and weakened the scan lines but the... My GIMP skills have flourished!

well i just zoomed past lvl 18 earning 50% a day for two days. im liking the level glitches. first i completely skip lvl 16 and i got out of 18 pretty easy. but only 1 more lvl till the... so im making a union....
