I'm sick and tired of Call of Duty 4. The reason is simple, there are way too many kids and absolute idiots playing which is totally damaging the atmosphere of the Game.

Tonight I went from clean sheet to being avoided by players for absolutely nothing. I've been playing the game since it's inception and have thoroughly enjoyed it whilst playing. I only ever play with friends though so we use the XBOX Party chat feature now, but before then it was 1-on-1 chats with mates while playing.

I'm also sick of being sent derogatory messages from players after rounds. There's no need for the hostility considering it's only a game and is meant to be fun not a freaking life or death situation.

So, I'm officially throwing in the towel. I hate the game now and I don't think I'll be buying the future titles with players like this stinking up the Community. What was once a fun pass-time has turned into a bitter experience.

It's been over a year since I've given my GameSpot Account any love so over the next few months I'll be working towards giving a full re-bound. I'm working through my old Retro stuff which is all packed away and plan to all all of that along with my latest purchases.

I've had a busy year but if anything's kept me going it's my Game Collection. I know this doesn't mean much to anyone else but I just feel the need to write something.

Here's to a full revival

In answer to the question above, I know I am. Halo 3 arrives in the UK tommorow (as it's out in America today) and already I'm feeling the edge of waiting.

I was a huge fan of Halo 1 & 2 but was extremely dissapointed with the end of Halo 2. Now, it's time for Bungie to show what they have in store for us and according to Jeff Gerstmann it's going to be one hell of a battle.

I didn't play the Beta Online stuff just because I couldn't be bothered with the 'kids' who end up on it. However, I'm looking forward to trying it in the full game in all it's glory.

I'm looking forward to playing and reviewing Halo 3 and tommorow will be one hell of a day !
