It has been awhile since my last post, but I found some time to update on what I usually do. I recently started college, and it is totally kicking my ass. haha. and it is leaving me no time to play any games. There are already really good games coming out almost every other week now, and I am falling behind. Thankfully Christmas is less than two month away. Well this is what I've been up to with gaming...

Wii: So it seems like I haven't played the Wii since Sonic and the Black Knight. Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles comes out November 17th. I am behind, but I will pick this up shortly after it comes out for sure. i kinda want to say something about the Wii too. Like most people I am frustrated about the lack of AAA titles, but there is absolutley no reason to constantly bash the system. Dont forget all the amazing games that have come out on this system. It isn't a complete failure. It is sasd that majority of the games on it now are terrible, but I feel like the Wii will make a comeback next year. This year was just a slow one for the Wii.

PS3: There haven't been any recent games out for the PS3 that I've bought since Resident Evil 5. I did buy an older game Prince Of Persia back in August. It was on clearance and so I picked it up. It really suprised me. It was good and at the discounted price it was definitely worth my money. Ratchet and Clank: A crack in Time just came out so hopefully I will be getting that within the next month. Assassins Creed II comes out after that. Still hesitant about it, but I will see

XBOX360: hahahaha still havent played a new game on this since November (Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts - great game btw!!!) Replayed some of Lost Odyssey this summer and I just love that game. I wish they made more games like that for this system.

DS: Haven't played an actual DS game for awhile...since March i think. Just bought Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. I bet it will be good. Gonna start playing it sometime this week. After this game, The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks comes out December 3rd.

PSP: Finally Dissidia: Final Fantasy came out and it was amazing as I thought it would be. Finally told myself today that this was the end of it. I put 100 hours into this game. I could've put another 40 in, but I need to play all these other games that are coming out. I accomplished what i wanted to with the game so im ok. Will definitely go back and play it again sometime. it was the best game I've played on the PSP.

It's that time of the summer and there are absolutely no games coming out. So, I'm just going to update on my gaming for the past couple months. It's definitely been awhile since I've updated so this might be a long one.

Wii: Finally beat Animal Crossing: City Folk. Took a long time to pay off all the payments on the house, but I did. It was fun, but after awhile I got tired of it. I probably wont play it for awhile. lol. I finally got around to buying Sonic and the Black Knight, and I really regret it. It was terrible. I thought it would be similar to Secret Rings, but it wasn't. The whole sword thing was awful and just the whole story and everything was dumb. It was way to short. I will be selling it as soon as possible. As for the rest of the year it looks like Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles in November and thats about it.

PS3: I beat Resident Evil 5 a couple weeks after I bought it. It was good, but not epic good. I still think Resident Evil 4 was the best. It was was just to short for me. I mean I beat it within 10 - 15 hours. Just seems to short for a game like that. This fall looks like Ratchet and Clank: A Crack In Time will be a definite buy. Then Assassin's Creed 2 is a maybe. The first one was just ok. But the trailer for the second one looks amazing so I might have to buy it....we will see.

XBOX 360: Still haven't played a game on xbox since Banjo - Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts(a great game by the way) and there is absolutely no game I want for it anytime in the future. I would like to see a sequel to Lost Odyssey or something but I dont know. Also I dont thinkwe will ever see The Last Remnant out on the PS3, so one of these days I might end up just getting it for the 360. Thats about it for that

DS: I played through Final Fantasy V and VI advance and both of them were amazing. Really good games, especially VI. But the next game for the actual DS is Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days. Plus The Legend Of Zelda: Spirit Tracks might come out before the end of the year.

PSP: PSP has been slow this year, but I recently bought Patapon because I heard it was really good and it was on clearance for $7. lol. its pretty good so far. Then the greatest game of the year comes out next for the PSP. Dissidia: Final Fantasy. August 25th!!! It sucks that its the second day of school for me, but I dont care. ive been waiting for this game forever and it looks so good.

Its been awhile since I've updated, so here is what I've been up to.

Wii: I'm still playing through Animal Crossing. I play it for about a half an hour everyday. I just started paying off the final installment on my house. Once I get that paid off I doubt I play much after that. Sonic and the Black Knight just came out, but Im gonna wait and get that later. Resident Evil 5 comes out tomorrow and i would rather play that game first then get Sonic. After Sonic it looks like Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles will be out next around the end of this year...hopefully.

PS3: I haven't played a PS3 game since Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe, but I did play through Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories recently. It was ok, but not as good as the two previous Kingdom Hearts. Resident Evil 5 comes out tomorrow and I cant wait! After I play through that there really isnt anything with an exact release date coming out. i'm hoping God Of War III comes out at the end of the year. Then Final Fantasy XIII sometime in early 2010!!!!!!

Xbox 360: I haven't played a Xbox 360 game since Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, and it looks like there is absolutely nothing coming out this year that I want. I'm not a huge fan of FPS so looks like there isnt really much to choose from besides that. haha. There are some rumored games like Blue Dragon 2 or hopefully some other RPG's that I would want. Unfortunately there is nothing with a current release date that I want.

DS: The DS always has good games! I played through Chrono Trigger and I loved it. It was definitely one of my favorite RPG's ever. Then I just recently picked up Blue Dragon Plus a few weeks ago, and i beat it two days ago. It reminded me of Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings...just not as good. It looks like the next game is Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days (that is the weirdest title for a game). it looks like its coming out sometime in the summer so i will be picking that up next.

PSP: I finally played some new PSP games. Since beating Secret Agent Clank back in August I got Final Fantasy I and II for my birthday. I beat both of them a couple of weeks ago. Both of them were really good but II was better. The next game is going to be the best game of the year...i just know it. Dissidia: Final Fantasy will hopefully be out sometime in the early summer (hopefully in June!!). i cant wait for it. it looks so amazing and I love everything Final Fantasy so I know I will love this game.

This year looks a little dissapointing. There are very few games coming out. Right now there is Sonic and the Black Knight and Resident Evil 5. Then there isnt anything until the summer when Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days and Dissidia: Final Fantasy come out. Then thats it. Unless God Of War III and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles gets released then it looks like its going to be a slow year for me. But its no real big deal for me. Im still working on beating every Final Fantasy game. I still need to beat VIII, VI, and V. Plus it would be fun to play through some of them before Dissidia comes out. Plus there are a lot of games I would love to play over again. In August I'm going to college so I'm going to be really busy so maybe its a good thing no major games are coming out this fall.
