WARNING: may contain spoilers about NCIS

So the season is over, all of my favourite shows are on summer hiatus, and I'm here asking myself what I'm going to do for the next months...(barring studying and getting a little vacation, hopefully).

My first comment after having watched the NCIS season finale was: Wow... I wasn't really surprised by Jenny's death, but the very ending was... exactly how Cote de Pablo said: wow. Of course the Team won't be splitted forever; a TV-show is made essentially by the actors, replacing three of the main characters right after having already killed one would be the dumbest move ever made. So in my opinion it's just a matter of how and when are they going to bring the 'Gibblets' back home. It could happen in thousands way, and that's why they left us with this cliffhanger, however I think we could be pretty sure about a couple of things... First: I don't think they'll pick up the new season exactly where we were left; keeping the 'timeline' of the show on a different path than the actual timeline is always complicated. Second: I can imagine far more ways to put them togheter again after being torn apart for a few months rather than find out a way to stop Director Vance immediately. But obviously I could be wrong. I just hope the writers won't pull the prank of start the new season with Tony and Ziva somehow already committed into a relationship, as someone said around here... Sadly, I'm sure about one thing: I'm not gonna last that long without NCIS...

Does that make any sense also beyond the borders of my mind?

Makes perfect sense to me!
Us NCIS nuts must all be on the same wavelength.

Yeah, there must be some kind of telepathy...

The shakes are starting already for me...aggh withdrawl. I see an important case coming up where the old team is needed to work together, it relates to an old case (i.e. the frog perhaps) and the new director sees the error of his ways and keeps them together.

Am I the only one looking forward to this? A new team for a little while sounds awesome to me as long as the old return

RIP Jenny RIP Kate

Hey Bob! Yeah well the next season is gonna be exciting because there are infinite ways to bring the team back togheter so I guess at the moment there's no way to find a real clue about what will happen... Damn, the writers are good...

Makes perfect sense to me. I could see them starting in a few months from where they left off, and giving us the highlights of what we "missed" in flashback. But we shall have to wait and see. (Bummer!)
