Its in the News tab of Gamespot.
Some American is sueing Nintendo and Sony for using his/his company's patent (something about using ID numbers to correspond to a home system, ie. a console, and using it to do motion sensing to do activities or something like that, hard to explain) to create their Wii-motes and Dualshock controllers.
While I completely agree that sueing is up to a person's thought, this is the one thing that pissed me off:
1. "Microsoft is probably behind this one. Theyre afraid theyre gonna lose the game race so they have to sue Nintendo and Sony."
And:
2. "Microsoft should just go broke."
1A. If they are really behind this lawsuit... well, why would the world's leading technology products supplier need with sueing their competition?
2A. That, my good sir, is impossible. If my statistics are correct, you are using a Microsoft computer, with a Microsoft monitor, with a Microsoft keyboard, and a Microsoft mouse. See how much you just contributed just by HAVING a computer?
Seriously. I respect everyone's opinions, but they shouldnt just blather out nonsense like Bush does with his war-making...

The last paragraph in the article mentioned that the plaintiff declined to comment on the lawsuit or why Microsoft was omitted from it and to be honest, I find that extremely suspicious as well. Nonetheless, these guys that throw out accusations at Microsoft without any proof to back it up are simply idiots in my opinion.
In response to 2A, my computer and monitor are both manufactered by Sony. The only thing I have from Microsoft is their Windows operating system. Just because this guy owns a computer, doesn't mean he's contributing to Microsoft.
another fanboy in action, for this kind of people gamers are overlooked.

anyways, about the sueing thing, i'm surprised that this person waited a whole year to sue them. you'd think that he'd figure out the tech earlier than this. its crazy.
