Well the first things first. The new job is going well there is lot of work to be done and it's easy to think that you can build Rome in a day but these things take time (unless your playing age of empires that is ). The only thing really is that the offices are brand spanking new and stuck in the middle of nowhere. So in this whole big office complex there is only me, my colleague (who works from home mostly) and a lass on the front desk as the other offices need to be taken up. It's very quiet and sometimes a tad too quiet. I would work from home but that would never work! It would turn into some continual battle between me, vats of coffee and my 360 making eyes at me all day LOL

Gaming wise I'm busy compiling a list of future (Birthday and Christmas) games I want and even being as merciless as I can be it's still far to long! Why do they insist on throwing out all the great games at this time of year? In the summer I'm hard pushed to find one game never mind the bounty which awaits me!

I have also seemed to have stumbled across a solution to my games freezing problem. I looked on a forum and one suggestion was to change the settings so the game doesn't boot from start up and instead you initiate it from the menu. I was as sceptical as those looking at the current power sharing in Zimbabwe but to my surprise it seems to have helped!

This means I have finished (well the campaign anyway) of C&C KW and have now moved on to DMC4. Upon starting this game and viewing some of the cut scenes I have come to the conclusion that CAPCOM is one of, if not my favourite developer! The games are always so well presented and the art styling and direction are so well polished you can almost see your face in them! I have also fallen in love with the female lass (whose name escapes me now) who kicks off on the bridge. What a woman! LOL nothing like having a woman like that being by your side to step in say after a drunken night out. You could be in a kebab shop, you accidentally nudge that large guy in front making him spill his meat, salad and chill sauce special all down himself! Now any other day of the week this would have ended ...well...badly! But in she steps, cue matrix style slow motion and the resulting kebab meat and salad carnage that would ensue and all the time not getting a blemish on her oh so tight catsuit LOL anyway.... until then I have LBP to keep me happy this month good times
