OMG I am so stoked! Why? Because on Thursday I scored tickets to see Brand New in concert October 1st!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too bad I have to go to Cleveland to do so which will be a long drive from Central Illinois. I do plan on hitting up the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame tho.

So I decided to dye my hair back to blond. Well I made the mistake of letting my mother pick the hair color (ultralight ash blond, not so much) and putting it on my roots first. Now I have two toned hair. It's really blond on the top and kinda golden on the bottom. I love the bottom color, just not the top. I was trying to figure out if there were ways I could s.t.y.l.e it to make it look cool but I gave up. Therefore, I'm getting some more hair dye that's a darker ash blond.

BTW does anyone else have an interal conversation over the spelling of blond. Is it blond or blonde? No clue.

Anyways, moving on. Kayla and I are talking again. I know she's still mad at me but at this point I've thrown my hands up and admitted defeat.

Last weekend was fun, except for the end of the night. I got Liz to come and hang out with us at the party in FC. We were kind of crazy having a bonfire and sitting by it when it was 80� out. Beer pong was going all night but I mostly just chatted with my friends. But as Nathan and I were talking about his cousin Bryan (the one I asked on a date back in April), we were serenaded by puking noises. Meg (Matt's gf) had a little too much fun. I got her water and helped any way I could. This included helping her in the bathroom when we needed to change her into jammies. But Nathan and I had a good long talk about what I should do with Bryan. He said presistence is the key and me with my whole "wanting the guy to come to me" won't pay off because guys just wont do that.

So now I've got to buck up the nerve to ask him again. Crap. This might take a while.
