Okay, I am bored out of my skull and decided to have fun with this blog filling it with random things about yours truly.
Here we go. Oh and please keep reading for the explanation of the blog title.
I try not to give into trends but sometimes I cave. For example, Camp Rock and Twilight. I don't have a gigantic love for either (and frankly the Jonas Brothers wear too tight of pants for my liking) but hey, I like em now. My mom just happened to leave the disney channel on and we ended up watching Camp Rock.
I guess I like Twilight so much because I have things in common with Bella. Well for one thing, I do trip over lines on the floor. I am such a klutz. I am accident prone. My hurting myself is like a daily occurance. Luckily only a few of these required just a doctor's visit, no hospitalization. At this point, I'm not ruling it out.
Oh and the song "Moving Along" by Metro Station is a great song for the book New Moon in the Twilight series.
People are thinking it's weird seeing Robert Pattinson in the same shirt thingy all the time. This greyish brown flannel thing. It could be his favorite outfit. I for one, wore basically the same outfit in high school as I'm sure many of you did. Jeans, tee shirt, and a hoodie from your football teams playoffs. And when I wasn't wearing that, I had a few random sweaters that I loved to wear. I regret that decision now because one was a plain black sweater I stole from my mom and it was not pretty. But if I'm comfortable in something, you're darn right that I'm going to be wearing that item of clothing alot. For example, my Marc Broussard shirt.
Moving on to my topic at hand.
When I get out of my car, I first push the door open slightly and then I get my stuff and then push it the rest of the way open with my foot. This is very evident by the section of my door being covered in a bit of dirt and all scuffed up.
I love listening to the band Bush just so I can hear Gavin say things in his sexy british accent.
I want to name my kids different names just because I grew up with a very popular name. Ashley is my name, and please, it's already been worn out. So I have two names for girls and two names for boys picked out. And yes, I chose Knox before Angeline Jolie did. I'll give explanatios on where I got the names from.
Brady Hawk
For those of you who watch Days of Our Lives, you know why I picked Brady. I picked Hawk because it was the nickname of a character on the mini series Revelations. I don't know why I enjoyed the series so much, it could be because of Bill Pullman, but I loved the name Hawk. Therefore, a middle name was born.
Vaughn Knox
I got Vaughn from a character from the tv show Strange Days at Blake Holsey High. I got Knox from the character Knox Overstreet from the movie Dead Poet's Society. It's one of my favorite movies.
Evangeline Genevieve
It's a mouthful I know but you'll get over it. The Evangeline came from a cajun thing and it's the french pronounciation of Genevieve - Jean-v-ev
Essyx Ione
I loved in England so I picked something but changed the e to a y, well, you see. And Ione is my grandmother's name. It's pronounced I-own.
I hate when my parents leave the tv on when they leave when I'm obviously busy doing something on my laptop. Of course, I am too lazy to get up and turn it off or I start watching it.
I have a craziest dreams. My most recent one was Howie Mandel was a preacher and said something crazy so my mom rolled her eyes and said "Jesus Christ" and he was like "Not yet, but I can make you Jesus."
I told someone I must be smoking crack before I go to bed or something because that was CRAZY!
I prefer Pepsi over Coke but Cherry Coke over Wild Cherry Pepsi. I can't stick with a brand.
I love those VH1 specials. I love the shows I love the (pick a decade)'s, Behind the Music, etc. I am so not afraid of admitting it and choosing to watch them when it's on.
I will jam out to the Spice Girls volunteraly. I don't think I spelt that right.
There are certain words that no matter how hard I try, I cannot spell. I have learned to spell definitely. I take that back. I don't think that's correct.
I apparently count to three the way the french do. Instead of going, pointer, middle, ring finger, I count to three by going thumb, pointer, middle. I can't do it the other way. My ring finger isn't strong enough.
I don't say eaten, I say atean. In case you're wondering how to pronounce that, I say Ate En. Don't ask where I got it. I don't know.
I didn't know how to my shoe with just one bow until right before I entered high school. I used go straight for the double knotting technique.
If I ever put out an album it would be full of so many genre's it would be crazy. I love singing country, girly rock, and stuff like Duffy's cd. Kinda soulful. I just love all types of music it's hard to pick one. Honestly, could you?
I have small hands. Really small hands. They are called carni hands by one of best friends Ashley. Thanks dude.
I want a man who dresses like the Winchester brothers. Preferably like Dean. Sam sometimes wears these lame shirts. *Ducks after having stuff thrown at her from Sam lovers*

I cannot sing loudly in my car unless the volume is up loud enough where I cannot hear myself. Otherwise I can't stand it.
I loose my phone, keys, and sunglasses frequently. I have had my current pair the sunglasses since I have been on vacation and haven't lost them yet. I am so proud of myself.
I prefer the "dirty" verson of the song "Faded" by Soul Decision. Sure only one line is changed, but it's still cool.
I try to rap but I'm bad. I am so bad.
I always have the strong urge to wear high heels but as mentioned before I am a complete klutz.
I tend to talk fast. Too fast for some people. But when I act, I have no problem slowing down.
On December 12, 2008 I will be heading to a theater near me to watch the movie Twilight based off of the book Twilight.
I'm a late bloomer to this whole Edward Cullen love affair but I'm ready to become a diehard fan. But hopefully not one of those annoying fans that all they think about is the book. I do have better things to think about. I promise. They're names are Josh, Ryan, and Rick. Three potential boys are now on my list. Josh is numero uno at the moment but I have a feeling if I ever see Ryan again, hehehehehe. Ryan was the DJ when I karaoked (is that even a word) and we'd always flirt. It also helped that I sang the best I have EVER sang when I was there.
I miss karaoke.
Anyways, I'm going to bed. It's about 1:30 am my time, central time and I tried watching another episode of Buffy (I'm on season 2, the episode Surprise) but I gave in after the opening credits. I gotta say though, I prefer the Angel version of the opening credits.
So now I will be posting this and going to bed.

My 22nd birthday was very low key, like I wanted. I had lunch with best friend #1 Liz at Culvers and then got shown around the learning center where she worked. Then I went to go get a new car and found out I have no credit to be able to stand by myself in a car loan. So no Kia Sportage for me. Then I went and saw Kung Fu Panda with Ashley aka best friend #2. Then I went home and went to bed.
But last night I did have like a triple birthday celebration with two other friends Jen and Jenny. Jen's bday is on the 20th, Jenny's is the 4th, and mine is on the 7th. So we just kinda combined it and had a party at their apartment. I didn't stay as long as I wanted (I stayed till midnight) but had a lot of fun. I had to work this morning. I got to bed around 12:30 and had the crappiest night of sleep ever. I mean ever. I just felt as if I barely slept.
This blog has turned into longer than I thought I was going to ramble on. My eyes are like drooping closed as I'm typing yet my head is still reeling.

PS. My computer got infected with spyware again. I found a really good program called Spyware Terminator but I have this one thing still that disables my task manager and changes my background. Anyone know how to fix it or a good program to get rid of it with?

I was on IMDB and saw the trailer for Twilight and thought "Hmm, interesting." So I decided to check out the book. I'm a big fan of anything in the supernatural genre, why not. I'm not even close to being finished with the first book and I know I'm addicted. I'm gonna have to get the other books now.
At least I finally found something to read.
And YEAH, it's my 22nd birthday tomorrow. Nothing spectacular planned. So far it's just lunch with best friend number one Liz and probably a movie with Ashley and/or Liz. All depends on what the day brings but at least I have it off. Squee.
