I've watched some episodes of 2 of my fave shows today:

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER

I've just finished watching the last 4 episodes of HIMYM season 2. I really liked them.

I'm so sorry Ted and Robin broke up, I loved them as a couple and they kinda reminded me of something I've lived lately.

Well, probably they weren't really made for each other. I knew that Ted and "aunt" Robin weren't going to get married anyway :p

Talking about something happier…I'm glad Marshall and Lily finally got married, they're way too corny for my tastes but they love each other and they clearly can't live apart.

Barney was as legen…wait for it…dary as always I LOVED his flashback scenes when he was a child and thought The Prize is Right host was his real father XD

One of these days I'll start watching season 3!

CARNIVALE

Season 2 premiere – Los Moscos

GREAT episode! It explained some of the questions which were still unanswered: now we know that Management is the dismembered Russian soldier of Ben's dream and that Scudder is his enemy, we know that Sofie, Jonesy and Ruthie are alive and that Lodz and Apollonia are dead. I loved all the Ben and Brother Justin's scenes. I thought Justin was going to kill his sister Iris when he was near the tree and was talking about sacrifices XD Well, maybe he'll do it in the future to get rid of his incestuous thoughts…

Can't wait to watch the second episode!

The 2008 Golden Globes Awards nominations were announced yesterday.

I don't have anything to say about the cinema nods. there are no big surprises except for Viggo Mortensen's nominee for lead actor and the 7 movies competing for Best Drama.

I'm glad for the Atonement success, which is one of the few films I've watched and it's very good! I can't wait to watch the other ones such as There Will Be Blood, No Country For Old Men, Sweeney Todd, Eastern Promises, Juno... but Italy usually is the last one when it comes to films, so I don't know when they're going to come out...

Congratulations to Lady Cate Blanchett and to Mr. Philip Seymour Hoffman, who both received 2 nominations.

And I'm glad Sweeney Todd was well received, I'm a Tim Burton and a Johnny Depp fan

But let's talk about television...

I'm tired of seeing always the same titles...House...Grey's Anatomy...

Where is Dexter?

Where is the third season of Lost? IMHO it was the best one and the most interesting among the three seasons of the show. And it was also well received by critics.

Where is Michael Emerson? Elizabeth Mitchell? Terry O'Quinn? Matthew Fox?

I'm happy for Michael C. Hall, Rachel Griffiths and David Duchovny!
