Hi guys! This post really has been a long time coming. As you can see on my profile I've been a member of Gamespot for almost 4 years and, to be totally honest, have contributed very little in that time. But hey, there's always time to changes right?
Let's start from the beginning. I'm Tom, 22 years old, and from the flat Broadlands of Norwich in the UK. I've been gaming for many, many years now, since the days of the SNES really, so me and games have quite the history. At the moment my main platform is the PC but I dabble in basically everything else too (I own a Wii and DS and have access to an Xbox 360 and PS3, so I'm pretty much covered
). There are few genres that I don't have at least some experience in but getting into a good FPS, RPG, or strategy is normally the order of the day.
I've just begun my university life recently (I'm a late starter, I know) so my time for a good gaming session is not as plentiful as it once was, but I'm coping (just). It's annoying as I really want to get into things like Fallout 3 (after playing Oblivion religiously I reckon it's something I'd like
) but I know that if I do then my life will be completely consumed by it, which is probably not a great idea so early in the semester. No getting into bad habits or anything. Work (and partying) comes first. ![]()
Anyway, I'm hoping to be around much more from now on so look out for me around the site. Reviews and more blogs will be coming eventually. For now I'll say, "good day to you Gamespot". It's great to be back! ![]()

Thanks for the well wishes for university too. I've settled in nicely but I am craving a good gaming session. ^^
