Okay, I think I'm done now. It didn't get the Red Ring of Death or anything, but it had about a bazillion other problems. It took forever to boot up, if it booted up at all. It took forever to sign onto Xbox Live, if it signed on at all. Oh, yeah, and one other minor problem... it cannot read discs and the disc tray does not open.

So... sadly, I packed up my 360 for the trip back to Best Buy Thankfully I got the warranty, so Best Buy will replace my dead 360 free of charge! I hope. I was gonna do it tonight but I got distracted talking to Red, and then Courtney wanted dinner and then Jade wanted to go outside...... and then Lexie puked on me. Again.

So that's on my list of things to do tomorrow.
I am so getting this.
It has been a while since I splurged and wasted a ton of money on myself. Mainly because I've been trying to be somewhat more responsible with my money now that I'm a dad. But now I'm starting to feel some of that cash burning a hole into my pocket and I'm gonna have to spend some of it. Things at the top of my wish list:
1. Sephiroth
2. White PS3
In case you didn't know, I'm anal about keeping my consoles color coordinated and at the moment, they are all white. I have a white Wii, a white PS2, a white DS Lite, and a white(ish) Xbox. Hence, I *need* a white PS3. Am I crazy? Yes.
And wouldn't THIS just look freaking SWEET in that collection? HELLZ YEAH! 
Too bad it doesn't come out until December. In Japan.
In other news, I've started playing Chrono Cross. I got it earlier in the year, spent a little bit of time with it, but that was it. Now I'm in it for the long haul, and I have to say, it's an incredible game. Sure, the graphics might be dated, but the art direction is still superb, as is the soundtrack. Even though the battle system isn't anything extraordinary, it's a lot of fun... but it's the story that makes this game. It's all about shifting between parallel universes and exploring "what might have been" so there are a lot of deep conversations about life and death and how your life might have been different if you had taken a different path. And it also has a large talking broom named Mojo. No s***.
And finally..... the first episode of The Aidan McKenzie Show is complete! Due to its massive size (it's 43 minutes and 87 MB), a YouTube/GameSpot release was not feasible. It's also more of a slide-show with subtitles than an actual movie. I *could* have done a full motion thing, but it would have taken... YEARS, I think.This was a much more realistic alternative. But, anyway,you can download it by clicking RIGHT HERE! Though before you go clicking that link, I have to warn you... there is some mild language, crude humor, sexual situations, and a llama reference. It's nothing *TOO* terribly bad. Most of the humor is stupid/silly, like what you've come to expect from me, but I do go a bit further in the movie than I would here on GS. So you've been warned. And before you ask: No, I'm not really *THAT* buff. Yes, I am that girly and have pierced ears. And I don't shave my head, either. But TS3 has a terrible selection of hair. I do wear a hat like that, though. Cuz I'm a gangsta, yo.

and the sephiroth is tight too. but having a vague understanding of what those kinds of things tend to cost, the fact that it's a shelf ornament, and how you're a dad, i'll weigh in from the logical side and say DON'T!

My poor 360. And I got called into work today and couldn't go to Best Buy to get a new one And I'm anal about how my games are arranged, too. They *HAVE* to be arranged alphabetically, by system. Man. I sound crazy @Nokoryous: You're probably right. I probably shouldn't get Sephiroth... but... I have Cloud already. And he's *so* lonely....

Hope they fix it for ya soon. I'm still not sold on a PS3 (TLG/Persona 5 might do it... and I know the latter doesn't actually exist) or Chrono Cross (Is it true that they kill off the ENTIRE cast of CT in the opening sequence?!?)I want to get my ears pierced. Maybe I'll get my parents to pay for it, because they said they'd pay to get my hair dyed and never did.
They're not even in it. The game actually starts the same way as Chrono Trigger: "Aidan! Aidan! Wake up sleepy head!" Then you go off on this quest to make a necklace for your girlfriend. It's a pretty quiet opening... but still awesome. A lot of the conversations are very... I dunno... pensive? And getting your ears pierced increased kewlness by 23%!

And that PS3 does look sweet, I'm saving for a PS3 Slim, can't wait till I finally get it, I want to play Infamous and Valkyria Chronicles terribly!! And don't worry I'm anal about many things, but in gaming it would be how I arrange my stacks of games, needless to say they're very nicely stacked.
