If a baby is born in the middle of the sea in international waters with absolutely no boats or ships close to him or his mother, and if both of his (or her) parents come from a country that doesn't recognize as nationals those that were given birth outside said country's borders, Like North Korea I think. ¿Whats the Baby's nationality?

The answer is sea baby, if that happens, The baby is a sea Baby, his homeland...I mean home waters will always be the open sea and no continental based country, wherever the baby ends up living at is meaningless because his instincts would lead him to Join the sea shepherd and fight for the Sea's inhabitants interests.

I'm assuming this logic also applies to babies born in the air?

Not necessarily, if he is born in a plane with a particular country's flag, he'd be from that country and if the baby is born above land, he will have the nationality of whichever country that land belongs to, its a little complex, its international law but my sea baby thesis stands strong.
