i got a subscription to gamefly recently...but the first game they sent me was damaged. so I filed a complaint. They sent me a replacment copy, but wont give me credit for returning it. In 48 hrs they said that they would charge me for the purchase (of a defective game that was sent back). I hope this is just a fluke event and that this all gets straightened out real soon....
