Dear all,

Currently I own:
RE: Director's Cut (PS)
RE 2 (N64)
RE Code: Veronica X (PS2)
RE 4 (PS2)

In order to complete my collection, how is this plan:
RE Archives: RE 0 (Wii)
RE Archives: RE (Wii)
RE 3: Nemesis (GC)
RE: The Umbrella Chronicles (Wii)
RE: The Darkside Chronicles (Wii)
RE 5 (PS3)

I know I left out:
Survivor
Outbreak Files
Outbreak Files 2
Dead Aim
and other portable systems games

Thank you all so much for your time

Thank you so much for getting back to me!! I did see the RE Archives 0, but I wasn't sure if it was a Japan-only release judging from the box cover. If it's for the Wii then I would definitely get that version over the GC one.

LOL I didn't know what rail-shooter meant but I had seen the term used, and I knew OF those kinds of games (just not what they were specifically called). I connected the 2 finally after looking it up: ""Rail shooters" limit the player to moving around the screen while the game follows a specific route;[11] these games feature an "into the screen" viewpoint, with which the action is seen from behind the character." When I realized it was that kind of game, I wondered at first if it was good and if I would like it. A big part of RE that I enjoy is the exploring part, backtracking, figuring out the rooms and I don't know if I would feel limited in Umbrella Chronicles (plus it apparently covers past games that I would end up having). But it IS an original game and not a port or a remake; rather let's just say it's inspired So it should be good... Plus EVERYBODY is saying it's good despite the fact that it's a rail shooter (and perhaps BECAUSE it is). It would be a totally different experience anyway. Maybe even scarier than usual...

Hmm... if Darkside Chronicles covers 2 and Veronica, AND it's a rail shooter... I'll definitely have to think about it because I have the original Resident Evil 2 very firm in my mind (I'm still working on Veronica and am not as attached to it).

Will definitely buy Nemesis for GC...

okay I think I have it pretty much figured out now! Thank you so much!

Well I've grown and so have my tastes; now I seek joy.

Through experience I know what's stale, recycled, redone, and not worth it. With that in mind I am cleaning out pretty much all of my M-Rated games from my wishlist, as well as other games that I just really don't need, don't care about having, or have bad reviews. I already have SO many games, and what's the point of a game if it's just like the others? Games aren't meant to be collected. They're meant to be used and enjoyed. There is no point and they're a waste of money if they don't make you completely happy and just turn into a chore or a collection.

Now I am looking for: a new, brighter future in gaming; revolutionary ways to enjoy time-honored gameplay; a hint of nostalgia; and new experiences. I'm a free individual and I'm no longer clinging to my old ideas. That's why I feel the Wii is the best system out there. For a period I lost my faith and was standing by the PS2, but for this generation, Nintendo comes out on top.

おめでとうございます。

Some people just don't have opinions. Like AceMutou.
AceMutou must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could AceMutou possibly have for not rating a single film?
