Let me first of say, i love the call of duty franchise. And have stayed strong with the games. And when i saw you could beta test this, i rushed to my xbox 360 started the download and waiting for it to complete. Then i started that baby up! But to much horror, it would not find a match... So i just decided to wait intill the next day to play, and hope they fix it. And they did! It is a good beta, but i think the graphics could be better, but this is just a beta with old beta graphics. Im currently at level 6, and just leveling up faster then ever. The create a class option is very unique, and i really like it. It allows you to create your kind of playing character. All in all the beta is worth downloading and playing if u own a xbox360. This is one great game! But how would people compare this to halo3's beta? lol.
Quad core computers have been around for alot longer then the averge consumer realizes, with server based quad cores. But now the everyday consumer seems to think they need one. Why? Because its 4 flipping cores thats why! But if your someone who has done there homework then you know the third and fourth core are barely used at all for games. And yea maybe you can run programs in the backround while playing games, but honestly who needs to be rendering images and other process hungry stuff while there playing a video game? The Intel quad core is pretty cheap now too, around $300 USD. Thats a pretty good deal. But is it when a intel core 2 duo thats better can run at a higher fps? Unless crysis use's quad core, because that game will be very processor hungry. Then we can see the differnce between having those extra cores. But i stand to think no game in the near future will use 4 cores. All based on the gpu takes care of graphics, the cpu takes care of AI and physics and some other small stuff. And then what if you have ageia's phycs card? Thats just a whole story i dont want to get into. The point is, if your thinking about getting a quad core computer, think twice, maybe three times. Because you could be getting something that will be outdated by the time we even tap into the third and fourth core. They were made for servers. Not for games. So go with dual-core for gaming. Also i would wait it out for buying ANYTHING new, because nvidia and ati will release new graphic cards soon, its been a while since the 8 series was released, so hold out and you might be praising you did.
Some people just don't have opinions. Like Ace0006.
Ace0006 must really love MovieTome and agree with every review we've ever written! What other reason could Ace0006 possibly have for not rating a single film?
