Well, the HD costs $120 still right? so think of it as a elite, in white, for $220... I would think it is worth it. I haven't regretted my console purchases from this gen yet...
And if you really don't care to do all the DLC and such with the console, you could always put off the hard drive... a HD next gen system to play the fun games on for $99... Yeah, I'd buy that... In fact I might buy it for my kid that doesn't need the HD space... Here comes Christmas
