Do you remember the great battle for supremacy between Nintendo and Sega? I know I do. This wasn't some war where executives and PR folks lobbed vague barbs at the competition in obscure interviews; this waswar.

I remember this really well. I had buddies that were Nintendo fans and I also had another group of friends that were Sega fans...I was part of the Sega crowd owning Genesis, Sega CD, Saturn, Dreamcast... I miss the Sega of old.

I remember, at that Time I was a sega fan. Mainly because my first game console was a Sega Genesis, I had so much fun with it. Good Memories, Good Memories. Thanks for bringing up that subject.

No silly, Nintendo is what Genesisn't. 
I love my Genesis and my Nintendo consoles, but the rivalry was even better. Good ol' Sega scream marketing.

Anyways, I remember seeing these commercials on some CNBC special about gaming. Pretty clever, but it hasn't seemed to work for them in the long run.

man I wish they still do things like this I would kill to see a 360 or PS3 advirtisment bashing each other or the Wii and Nintendo bashing both consoles I would enjoy it a lot
