Being an Xbox 360 owner has never felt so good. When I firrst got it back in January 2006, I wasn't sure if it was worth it. That feeling probably only existed since, somehow, the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion slipped under my radar. Then that summer's E3 renforced my purchase decision with previews for Dead Rising, BioShock, Gears of War, Halo 3 and many more. Buy the time Dead Rising came out, my first 360 had it, as it was scratching my game discs. With that warrenty-less consol replaced for free (except $18.80 shipping to the repair center), I got Gears of War and Oblivion. Unfortunately, college and work came first, and by winter break, my second 360 got the ring of death. Totally screwing up my vacation, I got another 360 for another $18 dollars, a week before school started up again. To this day, I, somewhat pathetically, have yet to beat GoW or Oblivion.
Now though, is a new time to shine with this fall/holiday season line-up:

Even though there is a good chance that I'll never be able to play through half of these games any time soon, I'm stoked that I spent about $450 on a system that will bring such gaming goodness. Of course, I'm not a fanboy, so I admit that I do want few Wii titles (RE4, Metroid Pride: Corruption, Mario Galaxy) and PS3 games (Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Blu-Ray player), Xbox just has more this time around.
The 2004 Dawn of the Dead remake is absolute garbage. Not even comparing it to the original, just as a movie, it is a disgrace to film. Nothing is going for it. Horrible characters, no development, and pointless. I would understand that the resently turned would be more limber, but after six months their still running like track stars. And if just one super fast zombie is a serious threat, why bother having a thousand of them? I know they needed are R rating (because they're soft), but the gore was totally forgetable. Plus, what's up with the random moments of slow motion? OMG! He dropped a cigarette!! LAME.
And, no, I didn't just see either of them, but I did see 2004's IMDb rating, and I just don't understand. And yes, I'm a little bored.
